簡介
Within Mirador Mansion, New Garden Hostel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, a short 1-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Its basic air-conditioned rooms all come with free Wi-Fi. The hostel also provides free wake-up calls and charged luggage storage services.
Simply furnished, all guestrooms come with a TV. Rooms with window are subject to availability. En suite bathrooms come with a shower.
New Garden Hostel is within a 10-minute walk from the Star Ferry Terminal and the China Ferry Terminal. It is surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Via Airbus A21, it is a 1-hour ride to Hong Kong International Airport.
There is an on-site ATM cash machine, as well as fax facilities. The hostel also provides laundry services at an extra charge.

Upon arrival at Mirador Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception desk at Flat C2, Floor 13 and ignore the salespeople around the hostel. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostel's policy The reception desk is on a different floor as the rooms. Pre-authorisation from credit card will be processed before arrival to secure your reservation. This pre-authorisation will be released after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Check-out time from 9:00 to 11:00. Thank you for your cooperation.
Guest will have to pay HKD300 room deposit for securing room facilities. It's refundable upon check out when the room is checked. We can also pre-authorize on the card as deposit and release after room check. Please note that guests are not allowed to modify guest names 2 days before arrival.

2月底大法官第746號解釋文指出，財政部對遺贈稅滯納金加徵利息違憲。而有立委指出，財政部僅針對大法官釋憲的遺贈稅滯納利息停徵，但所得稅、營業稅等其他稅目的滯納利息卻還繼續課徵。為此，財政部長許虞哲表示，已發函各單位停徵遺贈稅的住宿評價英文滯納利息，但其他稅目並不在違憲範圍內，財政部會積極修法，草案本周將送行政院。
江姓民眾10年前繼承9,700萬元遺產，但因為遲繳遺產稅被中區國稅局依稅捐稽徵法規定，就應納稅款的半數加徵滯納金，且再加徵滯納利息。江姓民眾6年前就繳納2,400萬稅款、滯納金181萬元、滯納利息93萬元，他認為繳納的稅金太多、還得繳利息，相當不公平。他因此先向財政部提出訴願，申請退還滯納金及滯納利息被駁回，後續的行政訴訟也敗訴，於是在2015年7月向大法官聲請釋憲。
大法官會議在2月24日指出，稅捐稽徵法第20條規定「依稅法規定，逾期繳納稅捐應加徵滯納金者，每逾2日按滯納數額加徵1%滯納金」是督促國人於法定期限內履行繳稅義務手段，未違反憲法保障財產權和比例原則規定，且就納稅款部分加徵利息，與憲法保障財產權並未衝突。
但大法官會議對於滯納金再加徵利息部分認為，滯納金是政府為督促而設，並無再加徵利息餘地，且滯納金兼具遲延利息的性質，如再加徵利息，是重複計算、不符憲法比例原則，屬違憲、應立即失效。
國民黨立委盧秀燕昨（15）日質詢時表示，稅金的滯納金本身就是懲罰，再加徵利息，等於是一隻牛剝兩層皮，所以大法官以746字解釋文說財政部違憲。「但我發現不是只有遺贈稅，光是財政部所主管的，包括遺贈稅、所得稅、加值型營業稅、非加值型營業稅、貨物稅及菸酒稅，統統都有滯納金加徵利息的問題。」
盧秀燕以財政部資料指出，在去（2016）年財政部在各稅目已繳納滯納金加徵利息金額為5,758萬元，前（2015年）則為5,140萬元、2014年更高達6,091萬元，3年總和高達1.7億元。「勿以惡小而為之，不要以為單年只有5千萬元而已、政府就繼續默默課徵，這是不當收入，該退還！」
許虞哲答詢時回應，遺贈稅的滯納金加徵利息當日就停止徵收，但其他稅目因為沒有在違憲範圍內所以還是照常徵收。「但財政部會全面、積極的檢討修法。」他表示，修法草案也有涵蓋這些遺贈稅外的稅目，預計本周將送至行政院。
許虞哲針對過去滯納金加徵利息表示，「過去徵收的部分，在當時是合法、合憲，是依法所課，財政部這部分不會溯及既往，因為稅收也是做大眾運用。」
